We offer a wide variety of premium cuts of beef, including "Chateaubriand". We also have a variety of rare parts such as hiochi, ichiibo, misji, etc., which can only be obtained from 2 to 3 kg of one cow. We are proud of the quality of our beef, which can only be obtained from Japanese black cattle. The "Meat Sushi" recommended by Issho is lightly seared to bring out the flavor of the fat and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness.
